Sheryl is an American actor, comedian, TV host, and most famous for her hosting of The Talk, a popular chat show on daytime. The Talk. Born in Arkansas she grew up in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl has an extremely troubled family. She spent most her childhood taking care of her sibling Frankie. Frankie was a polio sufferer. She faced a lot of problems with her mother as she was growing up. Sheryl claims that in an instance she was stabbed by her mother's father when he became too close to Her. Sheryl joined military after graduating from college. Sheryl's passion for comedy was evident. She became the first female finalist in the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. She began her TV profession in the year 1992 when she became a regular actor in the HBO comedy series Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she was a host on the TV program Oh Drama! Since 2011 she has been hosting as a co-host of the talk show The Talk. Also, she's appeared in fictitious programs like Bulworth Niki and Beauty Shop.
